This store is grossly understaffed. There is one person at the counter, who also prepares your food. I have walked in seen people waiting, gotten my food, returned 10 minutes later because they forgot something and see the same people waiting. Yesterday the place was filthy, I ordered a meal and was unable to get the drink I wanted because they were out of Pepsi, Dr Pepper, Bottled water, AND sweetened iced tea. It's always a gamble which will be slower drive in or walk in. KFC get your act together. I recommend going next door to Arbys
I visited this location twice in the last week . Both times I had ridiculously long wait in the drive through . The first time was due to them being understaffed and busy , 1 girl was working the window and making the food by herself . But the 2nd time is mainly why I'm giving a 1 star rating . I had to wait 5 mins just to place the order then after another 5 mins I get up to the window, I pay , another 5 mins goes by and the girl comes back and says we are out of rice for your buritto, could I offer you extra streak as a substitution? Ok sure , no problem . I wait another 5-10 mins and I'm approached again , this time they don't have any chicken for my chicken little "the chicken is frozen " again I'm asked if they can substitute the item for something else , I say that's fine , go ahead. And then another 5 mins later I'm told again that the item that they were gonna substitute they are out of , so they offer me something else . I waited a total of 20-25 mins in the drive through for a simple order . I finally get the food and drive 3 mins back to the store that I work at so I can sit down and eat , go figure that it's all cold because it was sitting there while they figured out what they were gonna so about the chicken item they were trying to substitute.

Insanely long wait times then told oh we dont have that. Always runnig out of stuff. High turnover rate of employees almost always some new person in training on the register
This place needs a make over. The staff try hard (mostly) but I think the antiquated layout and old fixtures slow them down. Unless you order fries as your side item the other options will be served dried out and under temp. Last time I was there the cold slaw was warm to the touch. Asked about it and they said that was the best they could do. What? The Taco Bell options here are no better. I pass this place by as much as I can.
