The worst uhaul that I have ever dealt with. Only used them because they were closer to home. First time I used them, the truck I had reserved was not there. They would not let me rent 2 trucks to make up for the mistake. I needed the biggest truck and so I had to make 3 trips with the other truck. The 2nd time I used them the gas gauge was broke and misled to believe that the truck was empty. After putting $40 in the gas tank, the gauge went to full. After 1 trip the gauge said empty again and I hadn't drove but 10 miles. I couldn't tell how much gas was in the truck so u didn't feel safe using the truck. I didn't know if it was leaking fuel so I returned it without finishing my move. They did not refund me any money only reduced the price on mileage. I ended up spending 3 days moving stuff because if it.
