The people are nice and they try hard. I went once and there was a 2 hour wait so I left. I went again the next month and waited for about 15 minutes, mostly for the system to come back up from being down.
The worst. They come from 10am to 2pm. The system has been done for about three hours. You come twice a month and can't get it right.
