I was visiting from out of state, and I was very pleased with their service. I waited less than 10 min in ER waiting room. And was out in only a few hours. Treated me very good.
Today, I had an allergic reaction to my brand new tattoo's ink or my aftercare ointment and was in a great deal of pain. Everyone was so nice, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. I was in pretty bad shape when I got there but in less than an hour I was treated and sent home and feel so much better. I can't thank them enough.
They gave me the runaround when i went to get my boyfriend after they discharged him at noon and held him 4 more hours.then the nurse was extremely rude when i brought the oxygen with me for my boyfriend.i just spemt 45 minutes at home with the rep showing me how to use it and the nurse called someone from ER to help her. I showed the nurse and she was very rude.unless im dying i will drive elsewhere.
On Saturday early afternoon, we were greeted immediately at the ER. Within about 10 minutes, we were called back. Dr. Zamara and ER Nurse Linda were very friendly and efficient. The security officer knew that I was looking for a Pepsi before going back but the machine was out of them. He went out of his way to go find one and then locate me in the room I was in. Amazing service!
