Not conducive to powerlifting or olympic lifting. There's one squat rack (don't even think about counting a Smith machine), 2 benches, and barely enough room to deadlift or oly lift. Not sure if it's the gym or the people, but nobody does any serious lifting here.
Price is a bit steep considering what they offer. 10 less and it could be reasonable.

Typical family gym. There's some courts, a floor dedicated to running machines and a yoga room. Main floor has many machines, dumbbells, and cables.
Quiet, usually not overcrowded

Great place! Clean facility, they teach Irish dance Wednesday nights, you can use the athletic facilities, everyone has been friendly, lots of equipment, I believe racket ball too
