My mother bought her very first car from Geno's and we recently bought my first car here as well! Geno and his staff are personable, friendly, trustworthy, and really take care of their customers. They answered all of our questions and made sure that we had all of our bases covered before we took the car off the lot. Geno is always willing to make time for his customers to make sure they get the best deal on a car. We have been taking all of our cars to Geno's for years and have nothing but high praise for the service department! Recently one of our cars had the engine light go on. The service man told me they could not schedule an appointment until the following week. When I explained I was heading out of town on a long trip, they said I could bring the car in later that afternoon and they would run a diagnostic test. It turned out to be a sensor malfunction (again) not affecting the engine and didn't charge me for the test.
Always extremely helpful and accommodating. Service department is absolutely the best!!!
