The stylist are very nice and talented, everyone there is very friendly.

I've been going to Flow since it opened and Jaye has been doing my hair for 16 years. I've always loved that I can come in with an idea and she makes it work for my hair so it looks great on me. I've always been very happy with all of the services provided throughout the years. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it's a wonderful place to be pampered. I highly recommend.
I have never heard of a policy like this- so please beware that this is their policy, and if you have issue with your hair within the first week, be prepared to shell out another full payment for any corrections you need....

I purchased the whole line of products recommended, and they all work and smell very good. I have been twice and seen both Jewell and Nicki-both are excellent, however, I called to have my color tweaked after just 5 days when I realized it looked too dark for me- and they said they would but Id have to pay for another full service color, as this is there policy since I said that I was happy with it when I left. I was happy until I realized in natural lighting it was a little darker than I thought. And so not being accustomed to a salon policy such as this I will not be going back. Why would I pay for another full service 5 days after having one just to fix it? Especially when I can pay someone else who WILL make any necessary tweaks in the color without charging me again.
A pampering, professional experience. What more to say?! Totally recommend.
I spent over $500.00 at Flo salon in the past 6 months, and I will not go back because of this policy. I will go to a salon that will be willing to work with me, like all of the other salons I have been to.
