Whether its team Tuesday or just a monday after work, I've never had a bad experience at the Blue Bird. Been going for over 4 years now and plan to return again next time I'm in town
Bar food but nice eastern shore small town atmosphere.
A very nice and CLEAN dive bar. Very nice old man running the place. Food was regular but very very good for the price.
I came in the establishment just for food. Now I know that this is a bar , but clearly serving food is not important to them. The menu is very slim and filled with a bunch of frozen food items . I tried to play it safe and order a cheese steak, but they were out of cheese steaks , so again I decided to play it safe and just order a bacon cheeseburger. I wasn't surprised when I got the burger and could immediately tell that it was a little frozen beef Pattie that was most likely heated up in the microwave . The French fries that I had to pay extra for were also frozen fries that they bought from some kind of restaurant Depot. Very disappointed .
Love the Blue Bird. Food is great, recommend crab cakes. Atmosphere is awesome on pool nights!
